Valerie and Deanna bring the Spirit of Sedona to Wisconsin in a retreat that holds that same intention. Now…experience the magic of Sedona in Northern Wisconsin with the amplification of Lake Superior’s water element bringing fluidity, flow and movement.
Autumn Renewal
Add to that, the element of Autumn: Symbolizing change. Letting go. Making space for the promise of renewal. Like the falling leaves from the trees, life takes a new course by shedding off the old to usher in the new.
As the days get shorter and cooler, it is also a reminder to slow down, to bask in the beauty and begin to rest and reflect so that actions going forward are guided by your inner wisdom.
Delight the Soul
Valerie and Deanna have become trusted retreat hosts that create a safe space to allow deep contemplative dives inward, space for renewal & relaxation, along with uplifting laughter & AHA’s that delight the Soul.

What People Say
The feedback we've received from participants is nothing short of humbling. This type of feedback motivates us while providing food for thought for those deciding if a Spirit of Sedona Retreat is right for them.
Everything we did was beyond my expectations! Right away I felt grounded and relaxed. Deanna and Val made me feel safe. The opening Buddha Bowl was perfect. People say Sedona is magical, and it truly is, but without the guidance of Deanna & Val, it would not have been as grounding or as spiritual. Their guidance to open up, find power within myself and to embrace who I am and what I needed was amazing and life changing. Thank you for all of your wisdom & guidance. Forever grateful.
-Liz
This retreat left me at peace and open to a joyful future. I learned so much that will help me as I continue to grow in this life. Thank you!!
Amazing experience. Just what I needed to learn, slow down and be me. I can show up more to others when I learn from people like you. True inspirations!
-Kelly
I feel light and centered. Calmness within. Ready to take my love and give to so many others. I am wise. I am love.
-Jill
Both of you have been such light & soulful & amazing example of living & being free. It heals to have this permission. It was life giving & grounding & soul enlightening.
I loved the daily yoga and hiking, which is why I came to this retreat, however, I learned so much more about myself and what my mind and body can do. Truly as amazing trip and experience. Valerie and Deanna create a safe space for feeling joy and coming into one with yourself. The yoga is wonderful and the hiking with a local is a special experience. I feel relaxed and energized at the same time. Excited for my future!
-Lisa
I came into this to enjoy something with my sister - a fun, healthy getaway involving yoga. I came out of it learning tools to better myself and constructive things to work on. And, hopefully, new friendships to last a lifetime and memories I will always cherish.
Uplifting and wholly grounding. This retreat strengthened my belief in myself, in others and my journey.
I came with a heavy, tired heart and am leaving with a lightness and love overflowing.
Thank you!!
The love, support and guidance we received from Val and Deanna was so unconditional. The thoughtful planning and extra events heightened what was already there and opened new doors. Something that will stay with me forever.
Deanna & Valerie have deep, positive, loving true spirits and thoughts for Love, Life & People. It's contagious and I feel honored to be a receiver. This retreat is highly suggested to experience. EVERY experience - even if outside of your "normal wheelhouse", it is worth knowing about. They might open your eyes to better things. Excellent way to be rejuvenated, refreshed and have better self love!
-Patty
I loved the completely open and comfortable environment to be able to be vulnerable and be our true selves. It had the perfect balance of activity, free time and events. I am so grateful for this retreat! Words truly cannot express how impactful this has been to my soul. I don't feel like a new person, but rather the old, true me who sees the world with awe, feels free to be me and loves me. I feel awake.
